Our interest in All Day Trey first ignited when we heard and saw the music video for his single “Mochi.” The song was easy going, well polished, and set the bar for what we could expect from the Spokane, Washington Native and his future full-length project “Stay Afloat.“
Today the up-and-coming hitmaker just released the entire collection of songs along with a cool new video for “Float,” a single off the project, and it does not disappoint. The record itself features a fast-paced flow that will capture your attention from the jump and hold onto it with exceptional lyricism from beginning to end. The song is energetic and will give some a hint of conceptual influence from hip-hop artist KYLE. Trey’s ability to change up a flow keeps things fun and interesting and is topped off by an infectious hook that will ring in your head for days!
We have yet to check out All Day Trey‘s full album, but we’ll be sure to give the entire project a run-through and report back here with our favorites.. or maybe even a review. Either way, stay tuned to Rage Robot for more from All Day Trey in the future!
