This song is originally about 6 months old, but we were just introduced to it by the release of a mini-movie for the track and were instantly taken back by the alternative rock vibes; this record consistently serves up from beginning to end.
I don’t know much about Issermann, but you can bet I’ll be doing a pretty serious deep dive into his music as soon as I get done writing this post. “Empty Skies” is an emotionally charged dark record that will capture your attention with raspy vocals layered over a down-tempo beat. The song is moody and cold but will undoubtedly set a fire in your heart with some out-of-this-world vibes.
Long story short, this song is legit perfect for a gloomy day, and for that, I thank my newfound love Issermann for such an emotional rollercoaster of a song. I’ll be sure to report back right here on Rage Robot with anything else I find from Issermann in the future, but for now, I’ll no doubt have “Empty Skies” on repeat for a good long while!
