This morning while on the treadmill, I came across DWilly and his infectious hit “love is scary.” As soon as I heard the record, I knew it needed to be shared, and after you hear it, I have no doubt you won’t have trouble seeing why.
“love is scary” features an almost cinematic feel at the beginning that soon breaks down into a melodic symphony of infectious vocals delivered effortlessly by Emilia Ali. The record is bold, exciting, well polished, and filled with some of the best change-ups I’ve heard in a minute. As the record alternates between unforgettable lyricism and trap-inspired production, you’ll find yourself falling deeper and deeper in love with the sound DWilly serves up from beginning to end.
